  • Profile Information: Display name, full name, bio, social media handles, profile avatar, gender, and date of birth.
  • Account Credentials: Phone number (for passwordless authentication) or Google ID (if authenticated via Google Login).
  • Location Data (GPS): Precise GPS location is required when creating activities. These coordinates are used solely to map the activity and make it discoverable by other nearby users based on where it was created.
  • Notification Tokens: We collect Firebase Cloud Messaging tokens to deliver critical real-time alerts regarding participation status and chat room messages.

3. Data Usage

The data we collect is utilized to verify participant presence, map nearby activities on the explore page based on geographic proximity, facilitate coordination inside confirmed activity message boards, and calculate trust scores.

4. Data & Account Erasure

In compliance with App Store and Play Store policies, you have the full right to request the erasure of your personal data at any time. You can access the dedicated deletion page directly from your profile settings, or visit the link below to submit a deletion request directly:

Upon request: All personally identifying information (email, phone, Google ID, names, avatar) will be permanently erased or nullified. To preserve community records, activities you hosted are not deleted but instead re-attributed to an anonymous profile ("Deleted User").

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. Your data is transmitted securely using HTTPS encryption. We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect your personal data against unauthorized access.

6. Sharing of Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We only share your data with trusted third-party service providers to perform application functions (such as Google Firebase for push notifications, Google OAuth for authentication, and Gio object storage for profile avatar hosting). These third parties are contractually obligated to protect your data and are not permitted to use it for any other purpose.
