By accessing or using the MeeTwoo platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. User-Generated Content (UGC) Disclaimer
UGC Liability Disclaimer: MeeTwoo is a social platform facilitating user-created invitations ("User-Generated Content" or "UGC"). All text details, images, capsule memory photos, and group chats are the sole responsibility of the individual creators. The platform is not responsible or liable for the accuracy, safety, or legality of any user-uploaded content.
3. Objectionable Content Policy
MeeTwoo enforces a zero-tolerance policy towards objectionable, abusive, or harmful content. You are strictly prohibited from hosting activities or sending messages containing:
- Harassment, bullying, hate speech, or targeting of individuals/groups.
- Pornography, explicit images, nudity, or sexually suggestive material.
- Illegal activities, violence, weapons, drug promotion, or encouraging unlawful behavior.
4. Reporting & Blocking Moderation
To protect our community, we provide robust in-app moderation mechanisms:
- Flag Content: Users can flag objectionable invitations using the "Flag Event" button on the activity details page. Admin moderators will review flagged logs within 24 hours.
- Admin Enforcement: Violators will receive warning shots. Accounts will be permanently banned/suspended after receiving 3 warnings.
- Decline Applicants: Hosts have complete control over accepting or declining applicants before they can join an activity or view group chats.
5. Limitation of Liability
Physical offline meetups carry inherent risks. MeeTwoo is not responsible for any physical injuries, financial losses, user disputes, or unlawful conduct occurring during offline meetups. Users are strongly advised to remain cautious, meet in public areas, and prioritize personal safety.
